Shipping & Return Policy


Superior Street Auto Group, LLC (“Superior”) ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to an additional Five (5) business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Superior can only ship domestically at this time.


We will accept returns on unopened items within Twelve (12) calendar days of the purchase date for a full refund. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund. No exchanges are allowed at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. For information on how to return an item, please contact our customer service department at 855-SS-Auto-Group, and select option # 3.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow up to Three (3) business days from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
